5th National Neuroscience to Neurology Undergraduate Conference

The student-run Edinburgh University Neurological Society organises this annual meeting for students, by students, which is now in its 5th year.  The 2017 conference has a variety of excellent talks and workshops planned including Professor Tony Holland from Cambridge and Professor Janet Eyre from Newcastle.  It's not an event to be missed!

Oral and Poster Presentations

As at their previous conferences, they will be offering delegates the opportunity to showcase their work in the forms of oral or poster presentation. They are currently requesting abstracts from those who wish to be considered for these. Ten minutes will be allocated for oral presentations and space will be available for an A1-sized poster. Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words and structured: Title, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions. Delegates who submit abstracts may indicate if they would like to submit it for a poster and/or an oral presentation. The deadline for submission of abstracts is: Friday 6th January 2017

Essay Competition:

They will once again be running their essay competition. This year's topic is 'A significant advancement in the field of Neuroscience, Neurology or Psychology in the last decade'. Your essay should be no longer than 1500 words and there is no referencing limit. The deadline for submission of the Essay is: Friday 6th January 2017
