Presenting a poster at Neuroscience Day 2021
If you would like to present your research at the meeting you have two options:
- An in-person poster presentation at the meeting venue. There will be 40 poster boards available and these will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We may not be able to accomodate all in-person poster board requests.
- An online poster. A pdf of your poster will be uploaded to a secure platform that registered meeting delegates (in-person and virtual) can access. In your poster you can provide details of how delegates can reach you (perhaps a zoom-room) during the poster sessions.
To request a poster slot (virtual or in-person) please complete the poster slot request form. You will be asked to provide a poster title, authors, affiliations, theme you want you poster to be assigned, and (if virtual presentation) a meeting link.
